Set up a direct to bank transfer to Mexico in a few simple steps:

  • Select Mexico as your sending country and direct to bank as your delivery method.
  • Enter your recipient’s details – including full name, bank name and account number (the format depends on the bank).
  • Pay for your transfer – payment methods include debit/credit card, bank transfer via online banking or SOFORT.

Banks in Mexico won’t check the account number against the bank account, so please make sure all details are 100% accurate before setting up a money transfer.

Set up a cash pick-up transfer to Mexico in a few simple steps:

  2. Enter your recipient’s details – including full name, phone number and email – and choose a bank (cash can be collected from any branch).
  3. Pay for your transfer – payment methods include debit/credit card, bank transfer via online banking or SOFORT.

Cash pick-ups are mostly available within minutes. When the cash is available for collection, we will notify you.

How can I pay for my transfer?

Payment methods include debit/credit card, bank transfer via online banking or SOFORT.

Please note that you can only use your own card to pay. If you’re using online banking to pay for your transfer, always send money from an account in your name and remember to include the reference number.

Once we’ve received your payment, we’ll immediately process your transfer and notify both of you via email and push notifications.

Payments can only be processed during business hours.
